How much deposit do I pay to book?
A 20% deposit secures your place; the balance is due 60 days before departure. For trips booked inside 60 days, full payment is taken at the time of booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 60 days out and your deposit is fully transferable to another departure. Inside 60 days, standard sliding-scale fees apply — the full terms are sent with your booking confirmation. We always recommend travel insurance.
How big are the groups?
Signature and Grand journeys are capped at 12 travellers; Weekend Escapes at 10. Solo travellers are very welcome and make up about a third of most groups.
Can you arrange a private departure?
Yes. Any tour can run as a private trip for your family, friends or company on dates that suit you. Mention it in your enquiry and we will quote it.
